The Pirate Phantom Portrait also known as the Skeleton Pirate Portrait was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2006 and 2007 Halloween seasons. It resembled a portrait of a pirate skeleton wearing a brown hat and a red bandanna. When activated, it would speak a phrase followed by the eyes and tongue popping out of the painting.
